SHIPPING POLICY
We ship anywhere in India, providing smooth and efficient delivery.
Allow 3-7 working days for order dispatch.
Orders placed before noon on a business day are shipped the same day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.
Orders received on Sundays or during holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
We use leading courier companies for shipments, and delivery within India typically takes 3-5 days.
Bulkier parcels may be shipped by surface (by road) taking 7-10 days, unless the customer requests urgent delivery by air.
Unforeseen circumstances like customer unavailability, phone unreachability, natural calamities, or strikes may cause shipping delays.
Refund and Returning Policy
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. Exceptions are handled case-by-case.
Devbhumi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with provided details.
Replacement of products is subject to availability. If unavailable, we provide a refund.
